Bianca Radu is a Lecturer with Department of Public Administration and Management at Babes Bolyai Romania. She holds a PhD in sociology (2014) from Babes Bolyai University, a MA in community development (2004) from Babes Bolyai University and another one in urban planning from Michigan State University (2007). Her research interests cover decision making in public administration, transparency in public sector, public participation and urban regeneration of former industrial cities. At undergraduate level she teaches seminars in Public Policy and Comparative Administrative Systems, and at graduate level she teaches courses in Public Policy Analysis (both in English and Romanian) and Methods of Urban Planning Analysis (in English).
