Doctoral School of “Administration and Public Policy” at the College of Political, Administrative and Communication was established in 2015 and it is the first of its kind in Transylvania.

The Scientific Approach is multidisciplinary with focus on practical issues of Administration and Public Policy in Romania and is treated in European and International Context.

Supervisors of doctoral studies in this school have an extensive experience in both theoretical and practical areas, the last one acquired in various institutions and structures of local and central administration.

Admission for EU citizens: Previous to the registration for doctoral studies, citizens of the European Union, the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation have to obtain a Certificate of equivalency from the National Centre for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas Granted Abroad, belonging to the Romanian Ministry of National Education.

For citizens of non-EU countries, and of countries which do not belong to the European Economic Area or Swiss Confederation, the access  to doctoral studies is conditioned by the issuance of a Letter of Acceptance to Studies by the Romanian Ministry of National Education. For this purpose and also for the registration for the admission to doctoral studies contest, the candidates will comply with the following procedures.
