Dr. Raluca Suciu is Assistant Professor with the Public Administration Department at Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, since 2009. Mrs. Cristina Haruta holds a MA in Public Services Management and a BA in public administration from Babeş-Bolyai University. From 2008 she is a PhD candidate in sociology within the same university. In 2009 she joined the Public Administration Department as a research assistant and since then she has been involved in several national and international research projects. Dr. Bianca Radu is Lecturer within the Public Administration department, teaching compared Public Administration, and Public Policy. She holds a MA in community development (2004) from Babes Bolyai University and one in urban planing from Michigan State University (2007). Her research interests cover decision making in public administration, transparency in public sector, urban regeneration of former industrial cities.

Ms. Cosmina Codrescu is PhD candidate in European Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law, Babes Bolyai University and at the University of Turin, Italy. Judge since 2015, she holds a BA in law from Babes Bolyai University (2012) and a MA from Babes Bolyai University (2013). Her PhD research focuses on Europeanisation of national administrative law.
Ms. Evelina Rusu is PhD candidate in European Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law, Babes Bolyai University and at the University of Turin, Italy.
She holds a BA in Law from Law Faculty, A. I. Cuza University, Iasi (Romania) and a LLM from Institute for Legal Informatics, University of Hannover, (Germany). She is also studying Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences, A.I.Cuza University, Iasi (Romania). Her research looks at Application of Behavioral Sciences in Administrative Law.
Mr. Demis-Marius Sparios is PhD Candidate in Law at Babeş-Bolyai University (since 2014) and holds a B.A. in Law (1998) from the same university and a M.A. in Administrative Law from “Vasile Goldiş” Western University of Arad (2006). Since July 2013, he works as a judge at Court of Appeals of Braşov – Administrative and fiscal law unit. Previously he has worked as a prosecutor (2006-2008) and as a judge in other courts (Petroşani and Haţeg First Instance Courts – 2008/2012; Tribunal of Hunedoara – 2012/2013). His contribution in the research team complies with his professional statute, regulated by Law no.303/2004 and, therefore, includes only the compatible activities.
