Cristina Maria Hințea
Cristina Hințea is Associate professor with the Department of Public Administration and Management at Babes Bolyai University, Romania. She obtained her PhD in 2007 (in sociology) with a thesis on organizational development in the public sector. Her educational background also includes the completion of a master program in French – DESS – Administration et Gestion des Collectivites Locales – Paris XII. Her current research interests include leadership in public organizations and organizational development. She teaches courses in Organizational Theories, Introduction to Public Administration, and Leadership in the public sector. She was awarded various research grants and fellowships, among which the fellowship of the Italian government at Universita degli Studi di Genova and a research grant with the Central European University. She is also associate editor for Transylvanian Review of Administrative Sciences (Thompson Reuters, former ISI).
