Adrian Hudrea is a lecturer with the Department of Public Administration and Management. He has a BA in Public Administration (2004), an MA in Public Services Management (2006) and a PhD in Sociology (2015) from Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. In 2005 he received a reasearch scholarship to Michigan State University. During 2009-2010 he was a worked as a councilor for the Prime Minister’s Office. His main areas of interest and research are: organizational culture, strategic planning and public administration reform.
